School Dinners Price increase In line with government funding, from 1st June 2021 Edsential will be increasing the school meal price from £2.30 to £2.34. This increase is 3 months earlier than they were initially considering, but due to the ongoing pandemic and the challenges it brings, it is a necessary action they must now take to cover their costs and continue to pay their staff – they will make no additional profit from this uplift.
